Press Blog Rules and Information

Please be sure to read the following before you register:

1.  When you register, you are automatically delegated the ‘Contributor’ role.

Contributors can edit posts, read posts and pages, delete posts, and have access to the administration panel with Level  1 permissions that pertain to your capabilities as a contributor.

Other roles are available but have to be requested.

The following roles that are available:

Editor:
delete pages
read pages
manage categories
manage links
upload files
edit posts
edit and delete private pages
can edit other users posts
can edit other users pages
can delete other users pages
can delete other users posts
has moderate to almost maximum access to Administration Panel

Author:
can edit posts
can delete and publish posts
upload files
read
has moderate access to Administration Panel

Subscriber:
read only access

2. You are not allowed to post any obscene content such as inappropriate images, videos, links, etc.  Any nude or pornographic content posted will be automatically deleted and your account will be suspended until further notice. Depending on the extremity of the situation, your account would be either deleted or suspended.

3. Please be sure to post in proper English, do not TyPe LiKe ThiS or Lik Dis. Please try to post in full sentences and full words, do not use ‘lol’ or online lingo such as ‘u, ur, k, 2day, 2nite, etc.’ This is a Online Press Community, where you are required to post legitatimate information since the content is comprised of magazines and articles.

4. You are not allowed to offend, argue, or comment inappropriately on any content what-so-ever. If you have a opposing view point on a particular post or page, please keep them to yourself or you can e-mail the administrator with your concern.

5. You are not allowed to advertise anything on here.

6. For Editor roles: you are required to follow the format of the other pages posted. If you fail to adhere to this particular guideline, you will be warned to alter your post or page.

7. For passwords and user names – If you lose your password you can e-mail the administrator with your username and e-mail address that you registered with on The Magazine Press.
